The property was not clean in my bathroom I found night cockroach which never happened to me earlier in any hotel

The staff was very caring and efficient. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was very comfortable and satisfying. The breakfast offerings we kept full and fresh.

The guy at the front desk could have smiled, and welcomed us. Asked if there was anything else he could do. I had requested a first floor room, with king size bed when I made reservation. We are handicapped.

Not a damn thing
The "smart" thermostat kept resetting at 74 degrees and I had to get up every 2 hours to reset it. The bs energy efficient water pressure was a joke. They have 2 different wifi services and they both suck. You can't stream any services.

Our room was on the side of the highway and the windows did not block out any road noise. The bed was so high I almost needed a step ladder to get on it.
