The staff was nice.
The bathroom has one of those sliding doors that doesn’t actually close. There was hair in the shower. The walls were thin enough to hear the guys next door snore. The $15.99 breakfast was just a continental breakfast that would have been free elsewhere.

Clean Atmosphere ...Did not eat Breakfast as it was $ 17 ...Assumed the Breakfast included in Room Price ..so I just drank the Commentary Coffee .The Food look very delicious and appealing but too costly ..Will stay at another Hotel next time which will include the breakfast ..
Better Lighting in the Room and more User Friendly Remote on the TV / The Cost of the Breakfast :(

The breakfast was very good. The omelets and assorted choices of bread, juice, etc, make for a very good breakfast.
The only improvement I would make would be to cook regular grits and oatmeal instead of the instant packets.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was great! The young man working the reception desk was wonderful.
The floor in the pool area is way to slippery. My husband was getting out of the hot tub ,fell back into the hot tub. Thank God he didn't hit his head.

The pool areas were great, the lobby was in pretty nice shape and looked like it had been remodeled fairly recently. The beds were fairly comfortable and the rooms a good size.
It seemed like they were mid-updating the property so there were certain areas under construction, there were areas that looked like they had been “touched up” but not very well which gave kind of a not-well-cared-for feel like clumsy paint around the trim in the bathroom and a few other places. The door to our room was SUPER loud anytime it was opened or closed, but that just seemed to be our room, the rooms next door didn’t have that problem. Most of the staff seemed somewhat friendly, with some exceptions, but not very helpful. Listed benefits from Booking we were told “didn’t mean anything to them”. I don’t often give anything but glowing reviews but this wasn’t my favorite stay.

Breakfast was good.
I was surprised when I had to pay for the breakfast when everywhere else it's free. I didn't want to leave the hotel but for that reason I had to go and pay for what I wanted.
