We were attending the Annual Ft Worth Art Festival that weekend and we simply walked out the side door into the Vendors, Food, Stage .. everything was right there. Arrived somewhat early and staff stored our luggage and got us checked in quickly. Beautiful King Bed guest room with LOTS of extra space!

Comfortable bed. Nice pillows.
Only allowed 2 towels per day. No available coffee in lobby. Wi-Fi was very weak. No clock. The housekeeping ladies that came to the room, knew 0 English. Impossible to communicate with. Was told I was very lucky I was able to get a room in this hotel, when in fact the hotel is very lucky I chose to stay there. How successful would a business be with no customers? We spend 40 weekends a year in hotels. The most disappointing stay weve had in a long time.

The bed was nice and comfortable
The room was just not what it looked like online. I get its an older hotel building but the room needed to be updated, just so dark and dreary. The curtains for example were just old. But could be the style of the hotel and just not my style, but I wouldnt come back.

The location of the hotel was really great. The room was fine, on the smaller side and a bit outdated but very comfortable pillows and bed.
The room had a bit of a musty smell to it and the new policy of having to pay for an early check in when rooms are available didn't seem like it fit in with Hilton's luxury brand and top tier service. Especially when a night is going for about $300.

Overpriced for what you get.room is basic, charged to much for parking and breakfast on top of the fee for the room itself will never stay there again....

I liked the history of the hotel. The location is great. Clean and nice.
The one thing I expect in a 4 star hotel is a great mattress. The beds in the hotel are hard and inexpensive.

The property is close to the convention center.
There were two working elevators. At times, the wait could be as long as 20-30 minutes to go up OR down! I believe it would be to their advantage, and certainly to their guests advantage to spend the money on the inoperable elevator!
The rooms were HOT throughout the night, regardless of the thermostat setting!
