Entrance door to the lobby was not attractive.Could not differentiate between the front door and the door.should have the brighter light and it is too dark.

The breakfast was nice, had waffles and other entrees available. The lady who refilled the food was very nice and helpful. There was a little boy who wanted a banana, there weren't any out, but the staff member went to the kitchen and brought him one.
The beds were comfortable and for once the pillows did not give me a stiff neck in the morning.
the bathrooms are a little out dated and the room is smaller than other Fairfields.

Close to where I needed to be. Close to eating and easily accessible to freeway. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent

Rooms smelled like a gym locker room, huge cockroach in the bedroom, the pool was closed (main reason we had picked that hotel), the window is very thin and not sealed to the wall so we could hear trucks and construction all night, the chocolate milk was spoiled (how do they handle their food??)
We left the next morning and would have left the same night if we could and we were told we would be reimbursed but then it’s a battle between the hotel and booking.com so of course no one is going to reimburse us
