Breakfast was pretty good and fine.
Even though this was a prepaid booking far in advance we were told that they were over booked and that the room/bed type I paid for was over booked and was kicked down from a king room prepaid room to a 2 double bed room.

Nice location and nice hotel
I stayed four nights. Two of the days there was no hot water to shower. The first day I took a cold shower. Told desk about no hot water in the morning. Came back in the evening still not hot water but somebody looking into it. Evidently the whole 5 th floor had no hot water. Came back from dinner and was told water was fixed. Got up to shower before checking out to head home and again no hot water. Talked to another guest and he said he went 3 of days without hot water. The carpets needed cleaning badly they were definitely not clean. No housekeeping the whole four days I’m ok with making my own bed but no one emptied the garbage cans or replaced the dirty towels the whole four night stay. Stopped and talked to desk attendant on checkout and she didn’t really seem to care about any of it.

There was no hot water. They emailed me the day before and said they were working on it but it never got fixed. They did give a discount and free valet parking.

The location was perfect for what I needed.
The hot water system was broken. Clearly they knew about this and they could have contacted guests before arriving to then be left with few do-able solutions. We were offered not to be charged a cancellation fee....come-on, what were we to do on a Saturday night with all other hotels fully booked because of graduation. Not good enough!
