Nice rooms and bed. Friendly hotel staff
Parking was not explained in the booking clearly. No mention was made of unseated fee for trucks. We never got an app to request our vehicle. Options weren’t explained. Waited prolong time for vehicle. Attendants were not friendly loading and unloading really didn’t have a dedicated area. Ice machine on second floor was broke

The property was beautiful and the room was tastefully decorated. It was clean and proximate to the convention center. I was in an ADA room and the bathroom was spacious and well lit. The desk area was great and there were multiple lighting options throughout the room. There was a minifridge, microwave, coffee pot, and TV in the room. Breakfast was included in my stay and the coffee was decent. The housekeeper changed out my towels and tidied my bed each day. The staff at the front and the valet staff were all polite, patient, and kind.
As a side sleeper, I found the bed to be hard. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast, especially the “hot” items which was usually two kinds of eggs, sausage, and sometimes potatoes. They were on the lukewarm side but tasted okay. There was some variety — oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, pre-packaged muffins, waffles — but very limited fruit options. Breakfast opened at 6:30 and it wasn’t always ready at that time. Sometimes the staff were still stocking closer to 6:45. The ice machine on my floor also appeared to be broken.

The water pressure was good, and the water temperature was good. The bed was comfortable.
I arrived on a Sunday. The parking options are very limited. Expect to valet - which is your safest bet or you can walk 2 blocks to the nearest parking garage. For the valet, you have to physically walk out of the hotel to give them your room number and then stand in the cold and wait for them to go get your car and bring it to you. There was no housekeeping available, so you couldn't call for anything you needed. It advertises that the bar is open every day, but it actually excludes Sundays. The ice machine was empty. The fitness center was fine. The outdoor patio does not look anything like it shows in the pictures. The rooms are VERY small, bland & drab and feel like a prison cell, with all gray walls and ceiling. There is no option for a fan or sound machine. The carpet is outdated and needs to be replaced.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very willing to help out. Josue went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was well done and the ladies who worked in the breakfast area worked constantly to keep up with the breakfast rush while I was there.
The bed was a bit firm; however, the pillows were amazing.
