The staff was really nice and professional.
The room floor was very sticky the bed sheets were stained the mattress cover had a big hole in it and it was dirty. There was no blanket on the bed. The tub in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned the sink in the bathroom looked the same as the tub. The room had a funny smell also. We got and emergency call and had to leave within an hour of us checking in. We were told we couldn't get a refund because it had been more than 30 mins since we checked in. We had decided before we got the emergency call that we were going to leave because it was just not what we were looking for in a hotel.

Everything....especially courteous service.
In the middle of the night s pungent chemical odor entered the room. I had to leave. An exchange rooms, but it was down the hall too. It was the second floor that was bad. I move to a 1st floor.
It was less evident....but I could still smell it. I got to the room it was not as bad as the 2nd floor. I couldn't believe people weren't running out....Then the overnite seemed irritated but she immediately changed it to first floor. I was scared to go into a deep sleep. I was ready to go by 9:00. The new people were great.....but that odor had gone out the building. I hadn't had that before anywhere. It was smoking or smoke. And it was strong down the hallway as well.
I am flabbergastic what it could be.

Nothing at all. A serious health hazard and, I didn't even stay the entire reservation. I am still waiting on my refund.
The places had enough roaches to cause a pandemic.

Everything. It was dirty from the lobby to the room. No toilet paper no shower curtain dead bugs on the floor. Dirty tub mold on the ceiling some nasty yellow something dried up on fire sprinkler. No coffee maker.

Almost everything. Let's start with the lobby. Front door had dead roaches before walking in. Soon as we walked in there was a funky smell. After we checked in and walked to the elevator the stench got stronger. Soon as the elevator doors opened it seemed sketchy, dirty and smelled. Walked down to our room on the 3rd floor down the hall way and the smell was still lingering and strong. We went into our non smoking room and it heavily smelled of smoking. Checked out the rest of the room. The provided kitchen was dirty, pain layer was peeling off from the bottom drawers, the bathroom shower had hairs in it. We sat down for 10 minutes and our allergies and my wife's asthma started acting up due to the heavy smoke smell in the room. After that we grabbed our stuff and immediately told the front desk and she was more than happy to refund us. We left and found a much better hotel in downtown
