In 12 days the room was NEVER cleaned. Trash under the bed and carpet was gritty.

There is good reason why this hotel is significantly cheaper than other options. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, but the facilities itself are very dated. Beds were super comfortable and towels were plush, but very bare bones. The location is great tho, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, including a beautiful river trail for running. It was a quick Dad's weekend to visit my son so all I needed was a roof and bed. If that's all you need, then it is bearable. :)

I’d like the location.
The room was supposed to be non-smoking, however, the room smelled like smoke. We woke up in the middle of night sick and smelled like we left a smoking bar. Several electrical outlets did not work. I believe there was mold.

It was okay for the price point but the room needs serious deep cleaning. If you don’t want to be upset, don’t look too hard! Hair everywhere, accumulated sludge and dust behind every piece of furniture, I needed to get Clorox wipe to wipe down the everything as I couldn’t shake the feeling of it not be sanitary enough. Pillows as well could be softer and larger, they felt like throw pillows. The staff on the hour hand were very kind and accommodating and I personally witnessed the GM providing top notch and compassionate service. As a hospitality professional myself, that warmed my heart. So yeah location and staff were fantastic, cleanliness could be worked on, I’m 60/40 on value here.

My wife and I checked in, went to our room the it was apparent the room stunk of smoke smell that was imbedded in the room, we went to t he office and stated we cannot sleep there, I am contacting the manager this morning for a refund.

Location is good. Close to shops and restaurants.
Check-in time was supposedly at 3pm, went there at 7pm but the room wasn't ready. Although they expected guest, rooms were not ready. there were other guest waiting. They got me in a room by 9pm.
