Location
They require CASH deposit. The room had zero trash cans or bags, zero cups, and the hot water was lukewarm. The worst part was the BEDS! One was squeaky and worn out, and the other one was too hard. Was there 3 days - only got maybe 5 hours of sleep!

easy highway access
Staff including Myrtle was very rude and short with us. Did not allow to finish questions we would get cut off. No customer service what so ever. I hope the staff can improve them selves on this aspect

Absolutely nothing, smells like weed as soon as you walk in. Staff does not explain anything properly, they look miserable working there. Lost hand written deposit ticket (not sure why I had to pay cash) and they kept my $100 even though they had a copy

Price was ok as well as the location.
I tried to check in 30 minutes early and was told I can not. I told the lady I would be back after 5 as I had an event to attend. She said it was my choice. When I returned I was told the reservation was cancelled since it was after 5:30. But I can still get a room for a few $ more. So I accepted the room which was on the 3rd floor, no problem. Then I was told, BTW the elevators are out! Great! This just keeps getting better! Not! So I go to the stairs and as I entered the smell was horrible! I noticed a stinky pair of tennis shoes sitting on the window seal! I get to the 3rd floor and there sits a homeless man! When I get to the hallway I hear barking dogs! Great they're next to my room! Room was ok....the TV was very wobbly on the dresser, I was afraid it would fall!
I went back downstairs and told the girl about the squatter in the stairwell and that he had to go! Thank goodness he was gone upon my return! I will not book here again nor will I recommend this place!

DO NOT STAY HERE
We paid for double beds and we were given a room with one bed cause we said it was two people. After it was paid they informed us of this. Facility was dirty with roaches in the room. Smelled awful. We requested a new room and were told they were booked. Front desk lady was extremely rude when asked why we werent told about the bed situation before we paid. The pictures look NOTHING like the place.
