Had to buy bedding, pillows, cleaning supplies to clean room and floor. The place was run down and dirty. Hallway had a terrible smell. Elevator stunk also like dog pee. Free breakfast was a muffin and coffee. Worse place I’ve stayed

Location and price
Extremely dissatisfied with the state and hygiene of the hotel. No visible signs, but a distinct feeling of bedbugs and other pests. Upon arrival to inspect my room, I observed guests who had been residing there voicing concerns about the absence of hot water, malfunctioning AC, and a couple leaving early due to subpar conditions! With only an hour remaining to cancel my booking, I promptly did so! If you're seeking a budget accommodation, I strongly advise sleeping in your vehicle to save your funds. However, I will acknowledge that the staff displayed exceptional friendliness and professionalism.

Absolutely Nothing!!!
When we arrived, I genuinely thought we had pulled up to a homeless shelter. There was a homeless person sleeping outside—and shockingly, another one inside the lobby. The place felt unsafe and completely misrepresented.
To make matters worse, our flight was delayed, and we arrived after 11 P.M.—only to find out they don’t allow check-ins after that time. They had already marked us as a no-show and still charged us for the night. No flexibility, no empathy.
We spent the next two hours scrambling to find another hotel with availability, finally settling in after 1 A.M.
This place deserves a new rating category: negative stars. Avoid at all costs.

Full size refrigerator, functional microwave, air conditioner was decent, had a recliner.
Only willing to give me three pillows even though I made advance reservations for extra pilliws because Im a lung patients. Elevator didn't work, and I had to haul a 60 lb suitcase up two flights of stairs because of no elevator.

Room was filthy, floors were dirty, TV wasn't installed properly so I had to prop one side with cardboard and plastic. Ac fan blower filthy, requested 1st floor do to disability and was denied, elevator not working

We immediately checked out upon checking in. There were cockroaches in the facility. We are still waiting on our refund.
It was disgusting there were holes in the wall. We are expecting our refund. I have the documentation stating the employee submitted the refund, but no funds have been returned

The price.
The bugs, the chirping smoke alarm, and the failure of staff to make up the room. Leaky tub that dripped/ran all the time. Pillows were so worn there was no comfort. No chair at the desk to do computer work. Just not good at all.

Overbooked, no more rooms with 2 beds. Bed felt like it would collapse at any moment. Room was not ready, no towels, toilet paper or TV remote. Felt more like a homeless shelter than an extended stay.

I liked how quickly the manager worked to accommodate us when we were put in a filthy room. He also gave us a discount for booking a king bed when they don’t have king beds in this hotel.
The first room we were put in was absolutely filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. There was no bedding and cigarettes ashes all over the floor. The paint was peeling off the walls and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There were also mystery red stains on the sink. They did not provide any toiletries outside of a small bar of soap. No shampoo or conditioner. They also kept the side exit doors open for anyone to enter and leave as they pleased. There were a number of strange characters running around this hotel that made my boyfriend and I feel very unsafe, which is why we cut our stay short.

This property was horrible... It had bugs and mold everywhere. I had to look at 3 different rooms just to find a decent one. The door didn't shut all the way I had to put the table against the door. The lights went out at 7 am and we just left... My eye swelled up from sleeping on the pillow case. I have videos and pictures...

The location was ok
It was filthy!! Not maintained with needed bedding and working equipment. Strange people milling about with animals trying to sniff us. Horrible experience.

The location is perfect.
The hotel needs to be repaired and cleaned up properly. It was cigarette butts and trash outside everywhere. The elevator hall smells like urine.
