Disappointing
The staff was great. Very pleasant and kind.
The furniture was extremely old. One of the bed was so slanted it was unusable. Desk chair ripped and torn, Couch very old and worn out, living room chair broken foot.

The property was spacious, had plenty of elevators that ran quickly, they have a happy hour from 5:30 to 730 where they offer free adult beverages, sodas, and mock tails and snacks. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, with a specialty omelette bar. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. They held our bags for us after we checked out, had great recommendations for us, they were fantastic!

Even though they have a parking garage they had it blocked off so we couldn’t use it. They had a valet service in front on the road. So whether you wanted to or not you had to pay to valet your car. Then they had signs and e-mails reminding you to tip the valet. So we had to pay for a service we did not want. Very disappointing.

Customer service was amazing the room was clean the valet parking was fast and convenient in the hotel being downtown was walkable distance to cheesecake factory and just downtown in general also the convention center was literally boxed down
Valet parking ( they took your bags out right in front of the hotel and put on rolling rack for you) was pretty pricey though $56 a day but you can come and go as you please. There was an option for Garage parking right next to the hotel for $24 a night but you couldn’t come and go as you please but still convenient.

Even though at first I didn't get everything around. As I walked around a couple of blocks, I will go back so I can hit the attractions. I would of loved to eat at Razzolles but found out to late. It was very windy so couldn't walk around but excellent

Room we're dirty . The guy when we was booking this room called my husband a son of a bitch and my mother just passed .. Do not use this app point blank .Then the lady at hotel hates 197108her job very rude people place was disgusting old not worth the money at all

I was greeted promptly with a nice staff members. There was a Starbucks on sight. The room was clean and it was nice and cozy. Everything worked it had a great view. I loved and enjoyed the chef and breakfast. They would greet us with a goodmorning. The food was perfect. The gym was amazing nice up to date equipment, clean lots of space with a water fountain.
There isn't 24hr room service but there were other amenities outside. Everything closed at 11pm. The noise from the streets were very loud at night. The beds are a little harder for my comfort but the pillows were nice and fluffy.
