We love this place! This was our 2nd time staying here and it was great. The location, staff, & room were excellent.
Plenty of places to shop & eat at near the hotel and within walking distance. Will definitely be back!
PS: Love the upgrades that were made to the facility!
Maybe the bar can stay open a little longer.

I loved how the rooms were spacious! The beds were so comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were great. They did have a small Starbucks shop inside so that was nice. The location was great with lots of restaurants and store options. They had a great outdoor set up.
Our Fridge did not work at all, and a lot of our food we had went spoiled. We could hear all the door slams in the middle of the night from inside our room.
The breakfast option. There was either a Waffle or Omelet. Which was not appealing. They had other bland food for sale that was little over price in the Starbucks shop. The T.V outside did not work, which is not a deal breaker.

The ease of checking in and out. Staff was courteous and respectful.
For me, not enough light in room. Yes there were lamps. Room and bathroom were too dim. Hard to get ready and look for items I needed with not enough light above me.

The evening front desk clerk was exceptional!
The facility was nice just needed some outdoor care in the nice back area where the TV is and the outdoor couches. Carpet in the room felt sticky. Alot of noise above the room all night

A large group of friends stayed here and met up with the entire family from our hometown. We loved getting to catch up in the courtyard with large fire pit and veranda- lots of space to accommodate us and move around easily. Hotel rooms were very comfortable.

The property was nice itself but when we weren’t there nobody came in to clean or even asked if we needed cleaning while there.
Have multiple complaints about the staff. On our first night they came in to say someone complained about us making too much noise. To be fair we did come in a little late which we understood but the next morning they came in to complain again and threaten to kick us out after we talked to our kids about being extra quiet to not bother the other guests. The woman from the staff who came in the second time was very rude. We paid a good amount of money to stay here to be threaten about being kicked out with no chance of a refund when we were not making any noise and were being extra quiet

I liked the location. They have a gym, pool, and spa. They have a Starbucks, which is great. Breakfast was good, but needed more options. They only have waffles and omelets for free.
I did not like that the staff was not very welcoming at the front desk . They have staff working behind the counter at the bar, and I felt like they did not want to be there. The only person I would say enjoyed her job was the lady making the omelets every morning. She was great. We arrived and only had 2 towels in our room. The bed i slep in was horrible, my neck hurt for over 2 days. To top it off on the last day, I found a cokroach in the bathroom gross.

The breakfast and the gathering areas, especially the fire pit area. Nice gym too. Liked have ample water available in lobby.
Extremely loud next to a busy interstate with middle of the night racing motorcycles, extremely loud guests running/screaming at each other in the hallways in the middle of the night. Only a small mirror in the bathroom, needed a large mirror in main room
