The staff was really on point, the hotel was clean. If there was an issue, quick accommodations. Very good service.
For this being a Marriott, there was no complimentary breakfast and that's one reason I choose this hotel over others.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
No free breakfast. They would probably have more business if you had a free breakfast. The person working the desk mentioned that they didn't have very many reservations for that day. The toilet was a little noisy in room 227

The location was convenient and quiet. All staff members were friendly and happy to assist with any requests.
The air conditioner reset to 76 degrees while I was out and the room became warm. It quickly cooled back off once I adjusted the thermostat, so this was not a big deal.

First time to stay at a Marriott Courtyard in several years. I chose this hotel because of the location for where I needed to the next morning for a meeting.
This hotel has a renovated (lobby) but found most areas (elevator area, pool area) aren't in good shape. My room faced a parking garage and the toilet would take forever to flush. Had to try 2-3 times. When I went downstairs for breakfast the next morning, found there was no real breakfast style buffet (included) like the places I typically stay with hot options. There was a Starbucks inside the lobby. They made me a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and I got one cup of coffee and said that was included in my stay. Also, there appears to be transient types who are allowed to come inside and use the computers in the lobby so I did not really feel safe staying here. Won't be back.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice, hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly and that is very important to us.
The only thing I did not like about this hotel was there is no free breakfast.

The front desk manager
Blood on the curtains and walls. The shower head was filled with calcium. The floor leaked under the carpet making it wet and I slipped. The base boards were disgusting. The furniture is out dated. The restaurant was never open! Not 3 stars at all.

They charged 100 deposit which they never done before nor did they give me the room I booked for and made me pay extra again for a two bed even tho my original was booked for a two bed regardless they refused to give me the room I paid for
