Location, great staff
There was some white powdery substance floating in our cups when we filled them with water. Staff was amazing when we told them and offered bottled water immediately.

Good location, nice bright room, nice pool area.
Hotel staff wasn't overly eager to be helpful. I was generally disappointed in Ft Worth old town. All about cowboy attire and country music. Country music played on the streets over loudspeakers. The twice daily "cattle drive" was approx. ten longhorn steer accompanied by a few cowboys on horseback ambling slowly along the main street for ten minutes. Kind of silly. We had great steak at Cattleman's.

This is in an ideal location. It is located right in the Fort Worth Stockyards. It was very clean, and the service was amazing. Everybody was very pleasant and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable.
This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is very noisy outside as it is located in a busy area

Disappointing
First off the property charges valet parking even though most people can park themselves fine, it's a added expense that seems over the top since it's a expensive hotel. Then we arrived at 4:30 pm and the lady was still in the room from the night before, so they had gave someone else our room in meantime, so we had no pull out couch like we booked. They offered to move us the next day to correct room, offered to give us a better rate for all the issues, but took that back the following day because we went through a second party to book. Very nice staff, and nice hotel, we just ended up spending hours trying to fix problems that occurred not even by our own doings. So they did give us free parking and done Billy Bob tickets, but it made the experience real difficult.
