Once the staff switched out for the night. The man at the counter was very nice and accommodating.
Bathtub had mold all over the side of the tub. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. It caused a bad smell that filled the room after someone used the shower.

Decent room space for turning in wheelchair, bed a comfortable. Breakfast was good and filling
I purchased a disability room but there are no handrails in the bathroom for safety. If I was traveling alone I wouldn't have been able to get on the toilet because there was no safety mechanism to ensure a safe and independent transfer. Also there was not enough room for me to bring my chair into the bathroom and transfer to the toilet so the bathroom didn't again allow for independence.

The staff here are seriously all the very best top notch upper echelon of customer service. They make it feel like you’re staying at the Hilton or better than even that. Such nice people here. And the Hotel rooms just beautiful.
Honestly there’s nothing I could ask them to change. We are beyond satisfied and completely content right here.

The ramp entrance to the building was not maintained and was covered in ice, even though all other entrance were free of ice. When I reported my concern, the clerk said I choose a disability room and I could come through the front door.

My stay here at the Best Western was great. I was greeted at the front desk and checking in was handled friendly and professionally. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is easy to get to and parking was plentiful.

I’ll tell you this Hotel is doing it 100% right. There guest services person is just next level customer service just amazing. We just love love this place. So clean such nice beautiful rooms. And the towels always smell so fresh and clean. Amazing

Room was humid no matter how low u set the AC, beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, banging and stomping all night long and the breakfast was horrible. Not many options at all.
