The breakfast area was clean and well appointed, and the brekky was perfectly fine as was the coffee. The staff member who checked us in was very nice also.
We booked a King room which was pretty tired. There was no soap at the bathroom sink, the bath was semi-clean and the vinyl floors around the bed were sticky and dirty looking. Indeed, the mat in the bedroom was also really sticky! The pillows really can't be described as pillows... they were more like lumpy square cushions. I went to do a load of laundry, and had all kinds of difficulties. The lovely young woman working that day helped me with advice on downloading the app, which I did, but it the washer still didn't work. I then discovered that to get both the washer and dryer to work, I had to pay for the loads and then disconnect both from the power socket and reconnect. I really don't think it's safe for guests to be mucking around with electricals in a laundry.
The breakfast area was clean and well presented, and the brekky provided was perfectly fine. The area is not so great and the traffic noise is pretty epic.

I loved the location,how clean everything was, my room had a balcony which was nice.
The only thing I didn't like is the TV remote didn't work,it was brought up to the staff there Friday night and nothing was done even after he said he would fix it

We liked everything except the circular bug trap that was in the bathroom floor in plain sight.
We were charged twice for our stay. We paid the day before we got there and were told at check-in that we did not. So we paid twice. Now we are waiting 5-7 days to get our 2nd payment back.
