Mainly everything was OK. Major dislikes 1. There are no floor plan posted to get from lobby to elevator. 2. Elevator had no emergency instructions or contact information posted. 3. Booked King for 2 room. Only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths. (coming from a long car trip, took shower, Hung towels up to dry but was still wet when taken shower for bed. 4. Bed had for small square pillows (no standard/queen pillow) 5. Checked in around 5PM at 5:41PM received text from Concierge Assistant asking how can it help. Set request back asking for 2 Standard or queen bed pillows and 2 bath towels. Received reply be happy to send to my room in 15 to 20 minutes. Around 7:30 PM went to dinner with friends. Upon returning to room later, sent text asking "Did you forget me?" received text back to contact front desk with request.
Which I did, After calling front desk was told to come down to get items. Received 2 standard pillow and 2 damp towels.
Upon lookin at 4 square pillows, I realized they were standard worn out, flat old pillows that was bunch to smaller size and enveloped in standard pillow cases.
Overall went to a Walmart and bought 2 pillows to sleep on. Hotel needs to invest in some pillows that is not so worn/old
Have no plans on returning to this location or any other Best Western
Get some new pillows. 2 bath towels per guest is really not too much to ask since there is no where to hang to dry after using. Put some directions up or at least signs pointing to lobby on first floor

Breakfast area is nice and spacious.
Breakfast was nothing special. Eggs-meh, the bacon and sausage were not good. The line for the one waffle maker was long so didn’t have time to wait. The yogurt was good. Didn’t try the bagels/toast.

Room was humid no matter how low u set the AC, beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, banging and stomping all night long and the breakfast was horrible. Not many options at all.
