Lady at the front desk, the one with tattoos. I entered and she just started, did not get greeted. Once I got to the desk she opened her eyes bigger and moved her head forward as in “what do you want”. I had to speak first and ask all the questions. Need better staffing.

The location was fabulous and an easy walk around town. There were loads of resturants to choose from.
The staff were so friendly and seemed to enjoy their work with people.

The staff was friendly, helpful and readily available.
I felt the parking fee see awfully high.. and caught me by surprise - especially when I discovered the amount of available free street parking I found in the vicinity. Also the coffee bar could have been open a little longer - but I’m nit-picking ?
