The rooms were a nice size, pretty roomy! The beds were comfortable and linens were soft. The courtyard and pool were also great- lots of tables and a really clean, fairly large pool! The front desk was also very accommodating.
The bathroom door didn't close all the way and the closet door was hard to open in my room specifically. Also, the phone didn't work.

Wonderful
Great location that offer excellent hospitality. The pool is huge and there are walking trails behind the hotel which entertained the kids. Loved coffee/drinks/food available along with sundries.
Decor in our room was a little dated and can use sprucing. The biggest complaint is that there are no safety bars in the showers or tubs.

Its situation, access to Bluestem Park, easy walk to the Alliance Mall, very convenient for my brother to collect me each day. The breakfasts I had, I enjoyed.

The lobby area is very nice and the staff were nice.
My bed had plastic peices in it as if the bed sheets were not changed from the previous customer. Pool was completely filthy. Seems like it hadn't been cleaned at all since summer started. I requested the maid to clean the room, floor was not vacuumed after they "cleaned" the room.

People were friendly
The room had no vent in bathroom and the room smelled of mold growth and was stuffy. The steam from shower fillies the room entirely and created high relative humidity and mold conditions existed. The next morning I was very sick.

The breakfast was great, my brother joined me on two occasions. I loved the location and the walks nearby. I found the staff lovely and only too willing to help, so I felt very comfortable in another country
There were two mix ups relating to my departure dates that worried me and spoilt my stay. Apparently they were computer errors that caused my quite a bit of anxiety and spoilt what was a delightful visit
