The rooms were nice and comfortable
The elevator didn't work and we werent told that we would have to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs until after we checked in. We spent the whole day out Saturday and came back to a room that room service didn't even come in. We had no clean towels or linens.

The TV was a smart TV and good quality. The size of our double queen suite was amazing and the shower and bathroom were a good size
When it rained water soaked the floor around the window sill and air conditioning unit, we had to replace the key cards twice in 4 days, the hot tub wasn’t hot and or just broken, the elevator was broken, the coffee was weak and water down, the linens on the bedding was stained, the toilet made a loud screeching noise when flushed, there was feces on the side walk walking into the building, the bathroom door didn’t lock, the blow dryer fell off the wall in the bathroom

The location was close to the convention center.
The room was not clean at all. You Definitely get what you pay for. It’s cheap and you will see why when you get there. The breakfast was good though.

The receptionist was so rude,they gave us a bedsheet stained with blood and a very dirty duvet,he took us to another room and was saying if you remove the bedsheets or duvet you will have to stay here by force,cos I was checking the duvet and bedsheets cos of my children

ROACHES TERRIFIED ME ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!! THE PPL THAN RAN THE HOTEL WERE THE TYPICAL “PPL” THAT RUN HOTELS THAT YOU WANT TO STAY AWAY FROM. THEY COME HERE AND RUN OUR BUSINESSES WITH BAD INTENTIONS. WARNING YOU WILL GET TREAT LIKE DIRT IF YOU STAY HERE. THEY THINK THEY ARE BETTER BUT THEY REALLY ARENT EVEN WELCOMED HERE I HOPE THEY GET SENT BACK WHERE THEY CAME FROM. THEY DO NOT LIKE US REMEMBER THEY ARE THE SAME AS BIN L A D I N !!

The sheets, covers, blankets were all stained! The shower got clogged for no reason it was disgusting, shower head full of nasty dirty/rust.

I wanted a spa. The water was green with trash, bottles and bugs in it . No go.
The metal frame bed made my back sore .

The price was right, we were there for over 3 weeks
Hotel 'put lipstick on a pig". Electrical outlets don't work, toilets are not stable and clog easily, cable tv is spotty & kept disconnecting, food can't be taken out of breakfast area, pillows are tiny & beds uncomfortable, ice maker broken!

The gym was small and the breakfast hours were only 6-9 on the weekend. I wish they had provided enough towels for the number of people booked in the room.
