Everything! Upon arrival, I should have listened to my first mind and just left, however against better judgment, I attempted to check in and stay. The first red flag were the 2 fully armed police officers in the front lobby. After I decided to proceed with check in, I was told to go to the elevator to get to my room. Prior to doing so, a random man came inside the motel and started screaming " I need a room! Just 1 room! Just one night!" The front desk clerk was so frazzled that he just stared at the man. This man had to be doing "something" inappropriate because his whole demeanor was questionable. As I was walking in the hallway to get to the elevator, I couldn't help but notice the huge stains on the carpet. The facility didn't even attempt to clean them. You can tell that these stains had been there for years. Once I got to the elevator, as I attempted to get in, there was another random man coming out . He was beyond drunk and was reeked of alcohol. He was trying to get out of the elevator however he kept running into the doors and walls and almost falling multiple times due to his drunkenness. He was finally able to gather himself enough to make it out and stumble down the stained hallway floors. I headed up to my room on the elevator that was radiating cigarette smoke and beer. As I walked down the hallway on the 3rd floor, once again, the huge random stains on the floor were prominent. I finally made it to "my room". As I unlocked the door, I was once again, immediately consumed with cigarette smoke smell and stale air. Ultimately I was also greeted with roaches crawling on the wall in the entryway. By this time, I had enough and returned downstairs. I informed the clerk that I wasn't staying here for multiple reasons and requested a refund.

The hotel needed so much maintenance it is hard to list all. Elevator repeatedly stopped working. Lamp shades fell off lamps when used. Marks on walls, clear mold on air vents in bathroom. Desk chair was so worn, Goodwill would have thrown it out.

The front desk attendant. Was absolutely great . Awesome customer service . The outlets did not work nor the phone charger was inoperable. But soon as amber came in she got it all work.
The things need to work if I'm paying for them. But can't use them,I believe I should be compt something.

the location is what i liked best about this hotel
I did not like that fact that they require a 100 cash deposit when people do not carry cash now a days.The room was not clean, ac did not work, fridge was broken, there was roaches i killed 2 of them, bath tub was filthy towels were old and smelled bad.

Night time clerk is extremely rude. Has a bad attitude and wasn’t courteous whatsoever which makes me wonder why someone as such would work in hospitality management. I enjoyed my room, but this lady needs some re-training in hospitality.
