Very Poor
Location was good for the purpose of my stay. But that was intentional on my part
Toilet didn’t flush. Roaches in hallway. The only outdoor seating available is a bench underneath a tree that was so full of bird poop that you couldn’t use it.

Our room wasn’t clean and we had to ask for towels. The room was quiet and we were able to rest.
The breakfast needs to have a few more options, also staff wasn’t watching and the items were not being refilled

The place was dirty and everything was outdated. I pay extra for a empty kitchen. No utensils at all. No pot,dishwasher or silverware. I stay from Friday to Monday and we didn't get any housekeeping. The breakfast was the same every day. Some of the food was burnt and all the food was cold. The staff was never available at the front desk and people were smoking pot at the 4th floor.

Location of my room.
Cold showers. Never any clean towels and had to call to get trash empty. Also pool was supposed to be heated nope. Hot tub was cool and didn’t work
