We checked in, but after we saw the state of the room, we immediately tried to check out and were told it would not be refunded. There were cum stains on the couch, blood in the bathtub, and what looked to be feces on the wall. The room was billed as non smoking, but it smelled like a truck stop game room from 1985. The listing photos show a beautifully appointed swimming area with a hot tub, but they must have been taken immediately after the place was built, because the room we saw had holes in the walls, a crumbling, falling in ceiling, and the hot tub was a brisk 85° F. We couldn't leave fast enough, and had to stop at the dollar store afterwards for lysol.
Everything. The whole experience was trash. I have had better experiences in the ER.

This hotel is dangerous.
There is a bed bug infestation.
These parasitic bugs which can carry blood-born diseases crawled on me while I slept and I am covered in numerous painful, itchy, swollen bites on my arms and legs.
The corner floor near the door in our room had a hole in it that was covered by the carpeting (which was easily pulled back). The ceiling of the 2nd floor was visible through the hole.
My child stepped on the hole and almost fell through.
The room was dirty, with grime, splashes and fingerprints on many surfaces. There was a phone number written in pencil on the wall near the mirror.
The toilet was hooked up to hot water and did not flush.
The security lock had been ripped off and was missing.
The carpet was stained and dirty and covered in various sticky spots.
The room had an intense odor of fried food, like the greasy air of a fast food restaurant.
The elevator was poorly maintained. The stairwell was even worse.
The pool area was filthy and the hot tub was broken (lukewarm, no heat or jets possible unless someone was constantly holding down the button).
There were odd signs of cheap or unfinished construction or remodeling throughout the hotel.
The photos for the hotel are very misleading and any positive reviews should be considered suspect.
The photos of the rooms, pool area and outdoor areas do not appear to be current or are possibly from a different hotel.
I have bug bites all over me and am terrified about the possibility of having brought home an infestation.
We are having to treat my bites and perform a time and money consuming prevention routine (that we pray is effective!) to avoid having our home infested with this scourge.
Not only should you avoid this hotel, it most likely should not be open. It is genuinely unsafe.

The pool area was good. Needs upgrade and the area cleaned better. But pool and spa were clean. Housekeeping did a great job room was clean lobby was clean. Breakfast was good attendant did great.. it's a good place to crash for a night. It could be at a better price for what they give you. And how it looks.
Front desk were a little rude could be better. They were of Arab or from India decent. Could be more friendly. And have customer service skills.

We were able to check in a little earlier my daughter wasn't feeling well. And they usually don't do that but he was very understanding and let us in to get her laying down. The room we had 2 queen size beds and had a couch with a hideaway bed so that was a huge plus and it was a good size room it wasn't cramped up like most hotels you had space to put stuff and a closet in the room we was in.
The beds weren't very comfortable but not as bad as they could be.

The staff were very nice.
When we first got here and checked in, we went to our room and could not get in because of a dog. Went downstairs to let the attendant know. We were put in another room quickly but it was not properly cleaned. The hotel looks like it's old and it needs major upgrades to charge as much as it does.

We stayed here for one full week in one of their amazing two room suites. The breakfast was great! Everything tasted delicious, there was a huge variety of items to choose from, and everything was consistently well stocked. The automated coffee machine was an exciting bonus, with tons of choices for hot drinks! I want one at my house!! The room was huge and well laid out. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept so well every night we were there. The room seemed to be completely insulated from outside noises as well as inside noises. Our room was right next to the only elevator in the building, so it was constantly being used, yet you’d never know it. It’s a great hotel, and I’d stay there again.
The hotel definitely needs to be updated. You can tell it’s quite old and needs a good refreshing. I’m sure it was one of the absolute nicest hotels when it was first built, but it doesn’t appear to have been very well maintained since. The windows did not lock, so there was a pipe we had to place in each window to prevent them from being opened. Our room was located on the fourth floor, so that could have posed a huge problem if we had young children with us. The carpet has obviously seen better days. The toilet handle had to be held down while flushing to fully empty the bowl, or you’d have to flush again. The sink was extremely slow at draining. The pool water was cloudy, and the pool room needed the most attention of any room in the facility. A large ceiling vent was hanging by only two screws, the wall paper/paint was bubbling and peeling, the jacuzzi water could barely be considered warm at best, and the touch up paint here and there did not match the existing paint. The most frustrating thing, though, was that every single day of our stay, all four of our key cards stopped working, and we had to have them all reset every morning in order to access our room.
