The rooms were comfortable and restaurants near by.
The curtains had black stuff on it, water stains or mold. The room had a light scent of musty odor. One of the sheer curtains was missing. We had issues with our booking, the front desk guy said we didnt have one. So I had to rebook again. It was a headache.

The Property Manager on site was incredibly kind and attentive. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and even allowed us to stay in the pool past closing, which my kids really enjoyed. His hospitality truly stood out and was very appreciated.
I booked two rooms here by accident while I was in traffic traveling for a 10K race in Fort Worth. I tried to explain the situation to the front desk, but they refused to refund one of the rooms due to a strict no-refund policy. I was initially understanding of this policy—until I understood why it exists.
When I checked into the first room, I immediately saw multiple roaches. I informed the front desk and was moved to another room. The second room did not feel clean either and had a strong musty smell. At that point, I started to understand why refunds are not issued.
While I did not personally see bedbugs, another guest staying there told me she had been moved twice due to bedbugs in her rooms and showed visible bites. She also told me that her vehicle had been broken into earlier that same day in the hotel parking lot. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything that happens on the property, but hearing this added to my concern for safety and cleanliness overall.
Because of all of this combined—roaches, strong odor, uncomfortable environment, and safety worry—I packed up my kids, did not stay overnight, and booked somewhere else. I ended up paying for two rooms I never stayed in, totaling about $300.
I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Cleanliness and guest comfort need serious improvement.

I like the hotels location and I liked the way it felt when you walked in. It felt clean and looked nice and inviting.
I did not like that. Our floor was sticky. The room smelled horrible when we walked in. I did not like there were big stains on the curtains and lots of stains on the chair. It seemed really dirty.

The rude front desk lady. I cleaned the hotel room. And stripped the bedding for them so I could get security deposit back and never got it back....

The desk check in man was extremely rude about my dog not being a service animal and instructed me to keep him quiet or we would be removed from the hotel and this was during check in. I was assigned to one of the first rooms in the hallway.

I loved that the had an indoor pool but the pool was extremely cold. The location was great. It was near restaurants and gas stations. Super happy they accepted pets.
Pet fee was excessive. $47 per pet per night. We got drinks from the lobby, the guy didn’t ring it up he just estimated how much the total cost was. Staff was friendly though

Wonderful
The HOT breakfast, the room layout, the facilities ie the pool/hot tub area. Also that there was a store type area that had everything from HABA( health and beauty aid), ready meals you could microwave in your room, plus snacks for the kids. The Staff was also very welcoming and understanding as we traveled with children 1 to 8 and our elder parent that was 70+. Thank goodness for the elevator lol!
Its always the parking but no worries this location has several luggage carts and they made all the difference :)! Other than that everything was expected for a stay away from home and privacy.
