Overall experience was good.
Chlorine levels in hot tub made my eyes sting just sitting in it. Hot tub was luke warm at best, same for the showers

Hotel was in poor condition. We experienced a problem during our stay, there was no hot water during our stay. We had to seek alternative accommodations with little to no regard from the hotel staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room. It was clean and had a kitchenette. Late night check in clerk was nice

I loved that the had an indoor pool but the pool was extremely cold. The location was great. It was near restaurants and gas stations. Super happy they accepted pets.
Pet fee was excessive. $47 per pet per night. We got drinks from the lobby, the guy didn’t ring it up he just estimated how much the total cost was. Staff was friendly though

The room was big and we were right by the stairs, which made it convenient to take out the dog.
Hall was so hot and there were fans blowing like they had a water leak. The carpet was taken up in the stairwell and the carpet tack strips were still there with their nails sticking up. Very unsafe. The side door that went outside wouldn’t work with the key so I had to always stick something in the door to prop it open. Wasn’t just my key-it was multiple people who had to do this. Dryer didn’t work. No body wash. Beds were decent but still not very comfortable. No usb plugs for phone chargers. Breakfast was decent, nothing great.
