I was put in a ground floor room and someone in that hallway had weed and if smelled horribly for a while. Not really the property’s fault

No electricity for 5 hours !!!!! Room was hot and had to take my luggage downstairs one by one . I’m a disabled veteran and the staffed could have done a better job to help me.

The second night sucked because power went out and we did not have a/c from like 11 pm till the time we left and 10:30 or so am Sunday and still no power to a/c the a/c should have been on back up power aka generator and I seen the electric company came out to restore power to hotel and this was at 430 am Sunday and then they left and still no power to ac or in kitchen area and no power to hallways the elevator did not work we were on the forth floor 417 room and I had small kids and carry all there stuff and out still pillows blanket and our clothes and all down 4 floors sucked elevators need to be put on back up power too to keep operation during the event of a storm and it seems like this area has storms on regular from what I was seeing on news you figure the money this hotel bring in per night per person the would invest in a bigger generator seems to me like greed from owner obfuscation this hotel to not invest in a back up generator to keep comfort to people and there family even during the event of a storm just was a bad experience second night
