BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. LOCATION WAS THE PERFECT IDEA FOR THE RESTAURANTS AND CLOSE TO FAMILY. HOTEL STAFF WAS PLEASANT, ESPECIALLY NICOLE, FRONT DESK CLERK. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WILLING TO HELP AT ALL CAUSE!!! THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, BED SLEPT WONDERFUL!!
ROOM 206 WAS OUR INITIAL ROOM UPON CHECKING IN, BUT THE SHOWER DIDN'T WORK OR SOMETHING BROKE ON IT, THEN WE WERE MOVED TO ROOM 204 SUITE, THE FAUCET WATER WAS VERY SLOWLY. ,OTHER THAN THAT, THE STAY WAS COMFORTABLE!!! OH YEAH, THERE WERE A $100 HOLD ON THE ROOM, SO PLEASE CAN YOU MAKE SURE THAT'S TAKEN OFF HOLD, THEY SAID 7-10 DAYS S AND IT'S BACK ON MY CARD.........THANK YOU.

The gal that greeted us Thursday night was a sweetheart. It was nice to have breakfast. Maybe fresher pastries would be an improvement, LOL. The hotel was perfect for what we needed to do on our trip to Ft. Worth. Thank you.

Pleasant
The location was close to home; we stayed because the storm knocked out our electricity. I liked the well-lit parking lot. I felt that my vehicle was safe. I liked the free hot and cold breakfast that was offered. The bed was comfortable. I liked the ceiling fan. I liked the night light in the bathroom.
Being where the hotel is located at, the traffic was kind of loud. We were on the side facing the freeway and street though. Now I know if we stay there again to get a room on the opposite side of the highway. I did not like that I could not close the curtains all the way to make the room darker. The pull-down shades were not enough to make it as dark as I prefer. The fitted sheet on one of the beds had a small stain or dirty spot on it.

The electricity went out at 10:40pm for over 3 hrs.
I was inside a dark room with no AC , couldn’t open the windows and if I tried to leave my room in the pitch black I couldn’t get back in to my room because the key wouldn’t work without electricity.
No one came to tell me anything. The front desk wasn’t answering the phone.
Next morning the staff said they couldn’t do anything to accommodate my inconvenience.
