The evening front desk attendant was very nice
The room smelled sour and had roaches on the walls. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The gym only had 1 set of dumbbells and the equipment desperately needed to be lubricated. They don't allow their guests to use the bathrooms on the first floor.

It was cheap and room was clean
The elevator was out of service so I asked for a room on the first floor, letting the staff know I had four kids plus luggage and really didnt want to drag it all up steps. She informed me the first floor is for people with service animals

The evening front desk employee was pleasant.
The morning front desk employee was very rude and unhelpful. They sold the room that I was originally supposed get. We got the last room available. Tub and sink back up with water. Eww !!! Also no elevator as well. And were on 3rd floor.

The room was ok for one person. Their was only one chair in room so if you stay with spouse or friend, more than one person in room, there is only one place to sit for one person for meals or anything else. Pictures are misleading that this hotel I is a premium type room. It is nothing more than a budget suites, actually budget suites has one separate bedroom and oven for lot cheaper.
Our room the range didnt work which is the sole reqson we stayed here versus orher accommodationsfor cheaper. Instead of calling someone to fix... they just strung you along promosimg that maintenanceeas coming in at so amd so time, just to shut
it us up. And bide their ti.e.til theory schedule was over and the next employees problem, only for the next employee to continue this charade. For 3 shifts til finally notified that maintenance never comes in on weekend and only thing they could do was move rooms ( which thwy refused to so thw day before) however we were thwre for a wedding for my daughterand had way to much styff and too little time to pack it all up, move thejb unpack amd get ready for wedding that started on less than 2 hpurs. They refused to call anyone or do anything at all. If they would have allowed that the day before that would have been ok but they rwfused that the day before. They shpuld gave been honest ip front and that would have allowed us opportunity to fins other arrangements, however by tu.e they were ho.est and quit spewing bs at us it was way.too late. And she was wxtremely rude and upset that we couldnt juat move 2 hpyrs before we were to be at daughter weddjng. The size of the room was nice.
It had a weird, old smell. There were stains on the towels and the tables/counters had stains as well. The tv didnt work, and the remote, although covered in plastic, had sticky residue on it and batteries that didnt work. Couldnt turn the tv on.

That at a certain time of the day they lock the doors to get in the hotel and only people with room keys can go in at that time its nice to know not just anybody can roam the halls
That air conditioner kept making a bang noise every 30 40 minutes made it hard to sleep and the shower was a strange one and water got everywhere I had yo use all my towels to dry the floor

The room was nice, and it was described correctly. However, amenities were poor. Hotel did not have basic items like pillows, hangers, tissue, soap. I had to ask for all of these things. Usually, basic items come with hotel rooms. Was told by front desk that they do not provide tissue anymore. Owner definitely cutting corners for profit.
No breakfast and no basic items available that usually come with hotel rooms. No housekeeping, had to ask for basic items at front desk.

First stay was excellent. Second stay was enough to NEVER return!!!!
Pet deposit.. nonrefundable $75. First stay I called to verify it was $25 3 wks later no need to call but was hit with $75. Desk attendant was rude and was antagonist. Will never return!!! Rooms do not supply near what they advertise.

There was no complimentary breakfast, no pool, just nothing exciting about the place other than the affordable prices for what you received. I enjoyed the space.
You can tell the staff doesnt put fresh sheets on the bed nor properly clean and Sanitize the room. We found old occupants items they left behind, strands of hair on between the sheets on the bed, and we had to ask for fresh towels..

The system manager Hispanic girl needs to be demoted. She is the rudest person I've ever met. Everybody else is friendly. She couldn't answer none of my questions and when I told her. I'll take my business somewhere. Elshe was alright with that. Overall, everything was great,
