We requested early check-in around 12:00 - 1:00. We never got a response. We called on the way to Ft Worth and told that we would have to pay a $25 early check-in service. We declined. This was poor customer service in my opinion!

The coffee maker didn’t work. Ask for a new one, the second one didn’t work. Stayed 3 days, no coffee.

The staff at the Best Western Plus Lake Worth Inn & Suites approved my request to change dates with no penalty. (I had inadvertently scheduled for the following week because Booking.com's website defaults to a week ahead!) They allowed my Date Change request and charged me at the site. I contacted Booking.com to inform them.

Breakfast was good and the employee was attentive.
The only issue I had was my room (209) had a very damp wet smell. The room appeared clean but the wet smell was lingering the two days I spent.

The location was good.
The room smelled like mold. The room had rain damage and had a soft ceiling and mold. The tub was dirty and had a pubic hair in it. The breakfast was the worst. You had to toast your own biscuits and there was very little selections compared to most continental breakfasts.

Cleanliness and location were great, check-in process was very quick. Microwave and fridge in room was convenient.
The bed was a little stiff and could use some updating. Otherwise comfortable.
