There was mold all over my pillows. Once I got ready to lay down I noticed and immediately informed the front desk. He informed me that I would have to speak to the manager the following day. I checked out immediately and wasn’t offered any compensation or anything. I called the next day and the girl who answered the phone informed me that they had been showed pics already and proceeded to ask me if it was mold or just black spots??!! I informed this young lady that I wasn’t an expert on mold but it’s really not my position to try to figure that out! There shouldn’t have been anything on my pillows. She then told me to call back later because the manager wasn’t in… So I’ve basically been getting the run around!

Breakfast was good except for the mornings they had biscuits cause the bottom of them where hard. Suggest they have a vented shelf or something inside the pan where they could place water under the biscuits.
Shower head was not working great and fold out bed needs fixing. Coffee machine in breakfast area was not working the 1st morning for breakfast but was fixed before the following day.

I like how quiet and quaint the building felt.
The dryer in our room didn’t work. Also the ketchup packets were old, so old they were all stuck together and blown up. When I asked for new ketchup on the second day, they claimed they didn’t any more. Which is very unacceptable, considering those ketchups were way past the point to stock more.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
There was water pouring into our rooms through the air conditioners, the elevator was broken and there were stains on the beds and mold on the walls.
I requested to cancel the second night because of these issues and it has been an ongoing issue for 3 weeks now between booking.com and the hotel.

When I first booked the hotel it looked clean and well maintained, it was not.
Before we arrived we were informed the elevator was broken but since the hotel is only 2 floors we went ahead to the hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and once inside our rooms there was water POURING into the rooms through the air conditioners. We let management know and they moved us to new room.
The new rooms were not clean, had a bad odor and there was mold in the bath tubs and on the wall. I requested to cancel the rooms but was told booking had to do it. I contacted booking.com and was told they couldn’t get ahold of the hotel. After several hours of back and forth they cancelled one of my rooms but not the other 2. After another hour of back and forth the next morning they finally cancelled my other two rooms for the second night.
