I like how quiet and quaint the building felt.
The dryer in our room didn’t work. Also the ketchup packets were old, so old they were all stuck together and blown up. When I asked for new ketchup on the second day, they claimed they didn’t any more. Which is very unacceptable, considering those ketchups were way past the point to stock more.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
There was water pouring into our rooms through the air conditioners, the elevator was broken and there were stains on the beds and mold on the walls.
I requested to cancel the second night because of these issues and it has been an ongoing issue for 3 weeks now between booking.com and the hotel.

When I first booked the hotel it looked clean and well maintained, it was not.
Before we arrived we were informed the elevator was broken but since the hotel is only 2 floors we went ahead to the hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and once inside our rooms there was water POURING into the rooms through the air conditioners. We let management know and they moved us to new room.
The new rooms were not clean, had a bad odor and there was mold in the bath tubs and on the wall. I requested to cancel the rooms but was told booking had to do it. I contacted booking.com and was told they couldn’t get ahold of the hotel. After several hours of back and forth they cancelled one of my rooms but not the other 2. After another hour of back and forth the next morning they finally cancelled my other two rooms for the second night.

Pool hours, closed too early. Maid service went in when told not to. Desk people were not so friendly.

We loved this property and will stay here again! Staff was friend and accommodating. Rooms were beautiful. Pool was refreshing. And breakfast was yummy!
Room was not made up when we left the sign on our day all day.

Very clean, friendly staff and the location was great.
The a/c unit made a weird noise when it shut off. The toilet also ran continuously unless you messed with the handle.
