Check in was quick. Carpets are clean, beds appear to be clean, except the pull out.
There are not extra sheets, the pull out bed it so old, you can feel the springs, and its very stained. It smells like musty cigarettes in the room. Very noticeable. I would not come back here, and if I could get a full refund I would pack up and go elsewhere because of the smell alone.

Booked it for the outdoor pool,but it was closed when we arrived. Booked it for the continental breakfast but that wasnt even available. Told them the size of my party and paid for larger accomadation but they didn't even have towels for the confirmed guest on the reservation. The bathroom was covered with the previous guest hairs so much that i dont even know it they cleaned it or even wiped it down.

Upon arrival clerk left desk and went to sit in the lobby watching television until I waved her over.Then she claimed i didn't have a reservation even though I had reserved 2 room one of which was my 19yo daughter.After I went to my gmail and showed her both reservations she decided that we would need to call booking.com because she wasn't able to give me the rooms i had reserved claiming my daughter was listed as primary instead of added guest.I would recommend outlining guest details to avoid further miscommunication. Clerks attitude was very nasty and rude to be in customer service.
The clerks personality was not acceptable for the customer service field.Please retrain on conflict resolution and company's protocol.

The location was perfect for me but it's on a strip of hotels so I would suggest picking anyone but this one.
While arriving at the hotel the lady doing the admitting questioning me severely about the amount of people that was going to be in the room which was three and what we will be doing in the room it was weird and uncomfortable and if I hadn't been pressed for time I would have found another place. She also checked my car. the price was higher than what I booked on I didn't throw a fit because it was only higher by $15 but as I stated if I hadn't been pressed for time I would have booked somewhere else. When I got into my room the lights in the bathroom didn't work at all tiles were dirty bathtub look like it had been clean and a very long time. I called them to let them know that the light in the bathroom was out she told me 35 to 45 minutes for maintenance to come. He came an hour later and he did fix the bathroom light.
