When we arrived at 12:30 am with reservations there were over 30 people in line waiting to check in. There was only ONE desk clerk working. Many got upset and loud calling hotel reservation center, Booking .Com etc. Some left. It still took 2 hours to check in. We got to our room at 2:30 am and left hotel at 4:30 am for an early flight. There is absolutely no excuse that the hotel manager did not come to help or send someone. The desk clerk deserves a raise for staying there amidst all the upset people.

Location, cleanliness.
It took over an hour to check in. The air line got canceled & the people rushed to the hotel to yet another line. Recommendation, Once the business sees this, management needs to react appropriately. There was one person trying to check all the guest at once. “ No Bueno”

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I did not ask for a handicap room and was given one, I didn’t care for the shower as having a handicap shower with a detachable shower head made showing difficult. My partner is 6’1” and I don’t know how he managed in that tiny shower.
I initially booked this hotel because they advertised a shuttle. I was surprised to learn that the shuttle does not make runs to special events in town, we were there for the Shakira concert. The hotel did provide information for a 3rd party offering a shuttle but that shuttle didn’t run either (not the hotels fault). We ended up paying for an Uber.
On our way back from the concert we took an Uber. It was late and my phone died but luckily the Uber allowed me to use his phone to call the hotel and confirm the address, I was told by a clerk that I didn’t have a reservation there even though I had checked in earlier that evening. I found the address on my GPS and headed back to the hotel where I did in fact have a room. Not sure if the clerk overlooked it but he didn’t even try and ask the spelling of my name to investigate further.

Disappointing
The night desk clerk was so nice and professional. Honestly, he was set up for failure by the dayshift, but handled it the best he could
We were in the area for a concert, so we were checking in late. However, our room, along with several other guests, had been given away earlier in the day. There were no rooms. I have never had this happen with a paid reservation. Booking did refund my payment, quickly.
