The location was great! We stayed here since we attended the cowboys game and it was a great choice! The stadium was only about a 10 minute drive and the ride on the way back after the game wasn’t bad either considering the crowds and traffic. The hotel has PLENTY of food choices around it which is a major plus. Definitely would book again!

Spacious room close to DFQ Airport. Hampton inn standard so it is quite satisfying and you know what to expect.
Everything was ok, no major concerns.
A bit noisy with the flight taking off.

Everyone was so friendly and the room was very clean and had everything I needed. It’s walking distance to over 15 restaurants ranging from Starbucks, chipotle to sit down restaurants. There is an airport shuttle! I called to ask and Roy came right away to pick me up, such a great guy and so helpful!

After a 22 hours journey from Africa to Dallas with a large family of six including 2 hyper active grand children, this facility welcomed us as if it was home! The Staff are wonderful, caring and hospitable. My wife dropped a wallet containing more than 1000$ by the hotel, another permanent guest of the hotel picked it and handed to the front desk. They handed it to us in tact. Never seen such a hotel where both the staff and customers are this nice. Thanks

Everything was great. Ac worked well, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, tv was big too. Everything worked very well and it was very quiet. The breakfast was decent too. I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel also felt safe, I didnt feel like I needed to worry about suspicious people or my car being broken into. I liked the area.
One of the elevators was broken so it took a while waiting on just the one that did work.. My card wasnt programmed right so I had to rely on my friend to open our door since my key card didnt work. Bathrooms are a little small but other than that, everything was good!

Very Poor
Checking in was easy, the bed was so uncomfortable for myself and my children we didn’t not sleep very well for the 3 nights, beds were hard not pleasant. Homelessness is all over that area not very safe. I wouldn’t come back to Hampton Inn.
The beds were uncomfortable. Hard my hips and my back are aching :(

My husband is in a wheelchair, and a roll in shower is what was listed, but that is not what we got. The tub had a bench but was very low. We were able to make it work.
