My reservation was unexpectedly moved to another location. The hotel smelled horrible! We waited for someone to come to the front desk for almost 30 minutes. When someone came we had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes to receive a room. The room we received was missing a bathroom door, had molded curtains, broken cabinet drawers, bugs in the tub, belongings left from another resident, rust and dirt on the bed and lamp. We also saw trash on the bed after pulling the covers back. It was an absolute horrible experience. On the way to the room there was a very foul smell. The carpet was filthy and old bandaids were stuck to the carpet. It was impossible to comfortably stay there. Even for one night.

The hotel itself. Was booked to stay 7 days but only stayed 30 minutes before checking out .

The room is ok and the people who works here are really nice and sweet. I like how they understand you and try to help the best way they can.
I haven't been able to sleep as well as I like to I have people who stay above me and they are a living nightmare for 5 days straight they are stomping and beating the hell out of the floors walls and everything else and when I go and tell them at the front desk they try to take care of it but the kids and their mother retaliate every time and they get louder last night they hit against something so hard my bed shook and I thought the windows was going to break out. They do this all day long none stop until 3:45 in morning and start all over again at 8:15 in the morning I can't take it no more I am going to ask if they can please move me to another room.

Need more cleaning the room , have a lot cockroaches on rooms 208 , Im telling to the lobby and change to the other room 406 same problem . The problem Im paid full a month is not refund , also living early because I got tired of the same thing, of sleeping with the cockroach

the location was very convenient
there was no front desk staff for over 20 minutes when we arrived. the doors to the property were not secured and there were several different unpleasant smells.

I didn't like it when they made me wait to check in I had to find somewhere to go until I can check in I made it there real early in the morning.

the location
wifi is beyond horrible never been to a hotel that had such bad wifi. the front desk people are lazy at least the woman working there is because shes never in front. they dont have breakfast and the room selection is limited since people and their kids live there
