Cleaner room was dirty. Never cleaned by staff 3 weeks. Why can't we get clean towels free . Payment for that ridiculous

No elevator service. We got to 2nd floor room ok. Then the elevator quit working for the remainder of the visit. No one seemed to care. My wife had MAJOR issues coming down steps in the morning.

Nothing, after work in 12 hours I showed up just to be told I was not allowed to stay with this hotel anymore. When I asked why, no one could give me a complete answer. When booking.com called they got the same answer and the lady was rude to her. And this is it 11:00 p.m.
I paid for this hotel before I arrived. So showing up was a very shock to me when I was told I could not stay. And that was just the beginning of all night sleeping outside nightmare because booking.com would not do what they said they would do and help me.

Elevator was not working.. luckily we got a room on the 2nd floor.
Booking said there was free breakfast, but there is not breakfast.. only complimentary coffee.

Disappointing
The room smelled bad, may be because of Air Condition filters or some thing. Also smelled weed smell at nights in the bathroom, may be smell comes from the air exhaust vent.

All the shopping stores are across the street very convenient
Upon arrival of check in , I arrived 40 minutes early, no one was at the front desk they have this number you call for a staff member, no answer, front desk phone rang and no answer then their cell phone they left at the front desk so that just rang. So I left to grab something to eat come back at check in time at 3pm and someone else was standing at the front desk waiting for a staff member. It was 3:15pm then all of a sudden a man walked in from the back and then I woman. They were surprised that neither of them had the cell phone with them. I don't know what their reason was to be missing during check in time.
