Room smelled like dirty mop water, couch in our room had stains everywhere and was broken down too bad to sit on. No other seating available other than the bed (who likes to eat Layin down?) bathroom door was busted into once before as it was damaged.

Location and appearance.
The lobby and outdoor appearance is a facade for what’s beyond the lobby. While not the worst once we got to the elevator I could tell this place was a “landlord special” type of place. Buttons to call elevator and the panel they were attached to were not level or even loose buttons. So that was my first hint. Luckily my wife checks for bugs, cams etc. within 5 minutes of entering the room she finds a bed bug crawling on the sheet. Calls hotel attendant he said he can switch rooms but no way were we staying knowing there’s bed bugs. Tried to get refund but still in the process we shall see what happens next. Be aware this place has bed bugs.

First we got there at night and we were so tired and the guy in the front desk he was so rude with !!
And be alert they asked me for a debit card for the deposit for 75$ and they charged me 275$ from my card I called and they told me that they charged me for another room!!!

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious. Location to the Love Field Airport was great.
The entire gym was closed due to being out of order. Some of the bathroom lights were out.

Disappointing
I like the jacuzzi it was amazing
The breakfast was delicious.
I didn’t like that most of the equipment in the gym was broken and staff did not know. I didn’t like the ac in my room would not make my ro cold and staff never came to check

The price was good
I didn’t like that the location is next to strip clubs and had several homeless people roaming the streets. Also, the furniture inside of the suite is highly stained and I had to cover it with my own blanket in order to feel comfortable sitting on it

Nothing did not stay there and still got charged that is what I'm fighting right now for my refund
Everything it smelled bad and the room was very dirty, the bedding smiled like bedhead.

The location was good and easily accessible. Staff was nice. The lobby was nicely upgraded.
The shower head was corroded and rusted. The bed sheets were stained. It took over two hours to get towels. The safe was broken. The refrigerator was dirty.
