This place is not kid-friendly like we thought it would be, since my family and I have stayed at other Windgates. The breakfast was more like an employee had to pay for the limited food provided; there were very few options, and everyone had to share a gallon of milk for cereal or just drinking instead of individual portions. The pool area was so muggy and gross, water dripping from the ceiling, not sure if that was from a leak in the ceiling or the condensation from it being so muggy. The pool also had a towel stand that was so rusty it was staining the towels. Previously opened shampoo and conditioner left barely anything. The A/C unit wouldn't cool under 74 degrees, even if you program it to. If you had it above 74 degrees, the room would feel so muggy, and you would sweat. Instead of a shuttle, they had an old minivan that could only take up to 4 people at a time.

Very stuffy. I don't think they had the air turned on in the common areas on a 91 degree day. The smell in all areas was musty. not a fan!

Room was somewhat clean. Staff were nice.
The hotel was very noisy and chaotic, children running and play in the hallways until 3:00 am. Refrigerator was not cooling, reported it , no one came to check it or replace it. Lost food.

The location of the property wasn’t too far from food within walking distance which was perfect. The pool looked like it was nice for a swim in a hot day. The standing in ground shower was nice
The first thing I didn’t like about the property is the dirty surfaces. The second is the stained sheets I was worked to lay with. The third is that the front desk personnel did nothing when I informed them of both corners I had regarding the room. The fourth is when I asked for more towels and a wash cloths and never received them I had to ask house keeping myself.

The breakfast was awesome, although, on some days the bacon was already gone by 8AM. Other than that, I have zero complaints. The staff was overly friendly. I was staying here with my recently disabled brother, whom recently went blind. I found the hotel online because it was close to his neuro-ophthalmologist. I'm always a little leary when I haven't been to a certain area, but this hotel was a gem to find. I will be back!

When I arrived at about 1am the desk person ignored my knocks until he cashed out a customer. The door was locked.
The water pressure was super low and the room had roaches. I packed my stuff as soon as I saw the roaches and asked for checkout. This was 5/15. However I received an email saying that I checked out on 5/17. Which is incorrect and fraudulent.

It was quiet. Breakfast was decent. That’s about it.
1. They don’t use air in the main area hallways etc so it hot in the building. Had to keep my room air on 24/7 or it would get so hot.
2. Water to shower was lukewarm.
3. Next to a strip club.
4. We got the king room for 2 nights. The couch in the room and the chairs to the dining table were absolutely disgusting. Throw them out or deep clean them! So gross.
5. The gym was a joke. Everything was broken in there. Again, no air.
6. Staff is blah.
7. Smell of weed everywhere.

Nothing, the room,the carpet felt gross sort of greasy sticky, there was mold under the soap dish in tub ,there was only one bath towel, one wash cloth called to get one more of each they only had a towel no wash cloth, and we had to go and get it from the front desk, there was a ugly wood cabinet in bathroom to hold the one towel and a roll of toilet. The floor in the bathroom corner of tub was thick in built-up dirt.,the furniture was old and stained we did not set on it .the beds had to different to being on they should have matched each other for room appeal. We left before breakfast, we had a 7:30 am flight, the flight time ,parking and shuttle was the reason we chose to stay there.,but nothing worked out the way I was expecting. Very disappointing. The man at the check in desk spoke with a very heavy accent.hard to understand .hard to communicate with.

The place was fility. That property is a dump. Stuff sitting out that looks like make-shift storage. It smells. It is dark.
That place needs a complete overhaul and needs new management. A disgrace to your brand.
