The ice machine was clean and so were the 1 washer (standard size) and 1 dryer (standard size)
Where do I begin ? Avoid this motel !!!!
Well first we were charged a $20 cash deposit that was not registered to our room so we didn't get it back, I knew something was funny when the clerk didn't give us a proper paperwork. They don't offer breakfast or anything, even though they have a commercial grade coffee maker and juice machine in the lobby. The entire staff is angry and does not want to be bothered with anything and becomes defensive and argues when approached about anything negative. The room was not clean, we had to strip the bed ourselves and make it, but we had to wait for 6 hrs for fresh bedding. We stayed 2 nights and did not get fresh towels, thankfully I packed some emergency towels that we had to use. 3 outlets did not work in the room, the hair dryer was broken and they did give us another one to use. There was an ironing board but no irons in the motel to use. The wifi didn't work well. Limited TV channels, they advertise for smoking rooms but do not actually have any. Only place your allowed to smoke is at a bench in front of the office and staff gives you dirty looks from the windows. You are not allowed to have guests and not allowed to sit in your car to smoke a cigarette because they think that is suspicious activity. One staff member sat on his phone with his back to the service counter and would t even look at us when we asked for toilet paper, he finally got up and walked away while we were talking to him and gave my husband a roll that had enough paper for Maybe 5 uses. Thankfully neither my husband or I had to poop. The AC unit in the room was filthy and my husband had to clean out the filters. It was nasty and disgusting and stay is over the top rude and should not work there. We found out from the owner (who denied our deposit refund) that the staff are relatives who live on site.

Hotel seemed very run down. The bed was very worn out and uncomfortable. Bed also had visible stains and seemed like it wasnt fully clean.

You get what you pay for, it is an extremely cheap rate and there are no frills. Actually, you can get chips and top ramen at the front desk for $1 which is nicer then many fancier hotels!
The room was not in great shape: the couch was falling apart, the shower rod not attached to the walls, the shower seat missing it's seat part, a tupperware under the toilet to catch drips, the outlet in the bathroom was coming out of the wall.

I liked the price of the hotel and how close it was to my location I had to travel to the following day.
The hotel check in clerk. He was unpleasant and was playing a game on his phone as I was checking in. He did however, accept a picture ID bc I couldn't find my own. He never smiled or had any type of friendly customer service skills.

There was no breakfast offered, but I figured there wouldnt be. This was an economical hotel to see the eclipse and very few affordable rooms were available. My major concern was cleanliness and it was clean, so it met my criteria. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.
The location was a little bit of a drive to get to our activities, but had our own car so just left earlier.

The jacuzzi, but the jets were dirty. So we had to fill the tub rub the jets empty it and then use it. They need to run bleach through them.
The sheets and blankets were dirty there was hair all over the bed and little black bugs, but not bed bugs. We only stayed because it was non refundable.

Yes. I was robbed while out the morning after check in. Property manager was angry with me because the cleaning crew/his family, helped themselves to my groceries and other belongings from the mini fridge and my baggage. He offered to pay me 10 dollars to

The room was ok.
The window curtain is not very good at blocking sunlight because there were some spaces when I tried to close the curtain together. There were blood stains on the bed sheet and pillowcases, towels also have stains and hairs stuck to them. There is no cover for the toilet, mold on the shower curtain

I liked how when I got there the gentleman at the front desk let me go check out the room to make sure it was to my liking before paying.
The remote control didn't work properly for the TV but to us it wasn't that big of deal because we weren't there to watch TV anyways. The lock was broken and the deadbolt was broken so anyone with a keycard could have just come right in.
