The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bed was amazing and extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The shower was spacious, and the room felt nice and comfortable overall. The valet service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The location was perfect for everything we had planned during our trip.
The only negative during our stay was the noise from children running upstairs for several hours and constant crying that we could hear through the ceiling. It was our once-a-year overnight trip away, so it made it a little difficult to fully relax. I understand this isn’t necessarily something the hotel can control, but it was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

It was connected to the Dallas galleria mall, which was perfect for those who like to stay close to hotel. The mall has shopping, food courts, ice skating and wonderful onsite restaurants!
The room was extremely clean and spacious, so was the hotel areas!
The parking was very limited in front of hotel so you had to park in one of many parking garages on site and walk through the large mall with your luggage. There was valet service which was very expensive and cars were backed up in front of the hotel. Not a good look, and was not safe for families with small children entering hotel.

Disappointing
Attached to the Galleria.
Rooms were old and kind of musty smelling. The staff was not welcoming at all, in fact almost a little stand offish. The parking is absolutely horrendous.
