The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.
Upon reviewing my invoice, I noticed they charged us for parking without asking whether we parked a car. However, my husband and I paid for parking upon exiting the garage at checkout. When I contacted the hotel, they were very pleasant and promptly issued a refund for the double payment.

It was all clean and great bathroom products.
No one warned me that they would be automatically turning the temperature down in the room. Everything is frozen outside. The thermostat being turned down to 67 without warning seems unreasonable. The ice accumulation at the parking entrance was very hard to get up and didnt seem as if it was treated at all. I wouldn't have been able to do it without 4wd.

Our entire floor rate of marijuana all day and all night!! The smell made its way into our room even with towels shoved at the bottom of the door

I like the staff. They were very kind
Literally everything. You have no parking garage. People are traveling in. You give them no sense of security. At all. People at traveling with belongings. You expect them to just leave those belongs out in the open.
It's loud. You can hear people walking upstairs. You can hear people having sex. People are running up and down the halls and screaming at all hours.
We asked for a quiet room. We were put next to the ice machine and elevator on the pool side of the hotel. It was loud. Couldn't sleep at all.
The bathroom is so tiny. The air conditioner is loud and has to be set to 84 heat to keep it 70 in the room. The lights are bright and harsh. The blankets are thin.
When we got here, there was a HUGE crowd of people who were so loud and disrespectful. The staff was so overwhelmed with them. I felt terrible for them. They smelled like weed and stunk up the entire lobby.
It started bad and didn't get better. So disappointed
