The room and the view were impeccable. Clean and tidy. Kevin and Tavio were incredible, I had an inquiry they were prompt and informative.

The location and bathtub. The lady who was helping us for breakfast this morning was amazing. She was probably the only nice staff member at this hotel.
We had a light that was broken hanging from the ceiling above the bathtub.. The light switch was broken in the bathroom. The light was not working on the beds headboard. The staff was not very nice. My sister and I went up to the 19 floor, and the guy checking IDs was rude to my sister for her shoes. He was gonna make us leave, then he told her shes fine. We watched as women came in with flip flops, and he didn't say anything to them. One woman came in with her thong hanging out and flip-flops, and he didn't stop her or give her a hard time. Very rude. For the price you pay and the rude service not worth it.

I didn’t get to see the property much since I checked late evening and checked out next day morning . Overall the ambience of hotel is good , rooms were clean , bathroom was good . Bed was comfy .
There’s nothing that I can dislike about the property. However , my opinion is that the pillows are too soft and sinks completely. It might appeal to lot many folks ; but I think the pillows needs to be a bit firmer .

Pillows were awful, lots of fluffy pillows, no options for a firmer one.
Very expensive for a fairly basic room. No bar fridge in the room.

Room and bathroom were clean and shower was nice.
Undereasy returns was very good and staff were lovely.
Reception staff were very rude and not helpful. Both pools were not open, restaurant/bar on ground floor wasn’t open until the night before we left.
The waterproof bar/pool wasn’t open at all

Disappointing
Beautiful hotel overall and nice room & location
The guest service was very disappointing. I was very surprised that it was so low quality based on how beautiful the hotel was and prime downtown location. It was my birthday weekend in which I traveled alone for a solo trip, no type of acknowledgment of my special occasion( which I also put in notes when I booked). I called down to front desk several times for different reasons and no sense of urgency. The glass shelf in my room fell and I called to have someone come take a look and fix it and no one came. I had food ordered to be delivered to the room and the attendant didn’t try to help the delivery person instead sent him away. Several different nuisances occurred and it was not what I was expecting.
