Mini bar charges applied to my bill even though I didn’t touch the mini bar. Disappointing. Also a $55 valet fee per day is a bit much. Just go down the street to the Beeman

Changed restaurants and nowhere near the quality. Jacked up prices. Nowhere hear worth the price. And service at breakfast was awful. One person couldn’t get food timely. I barely got food in an hour. Had to ask for an iced tea several times. Understaffed or just bad service? Either way, awful experience. Hotel has been a favorite of mine, but no longer

Front desk and valet could not be bothered. I reserved a king bed room and got a room with two queen beds - not what I requested and reserved. I arrived very late but I did call the hotel to inform them of my late arrival. Will not be staying here again.

The location of this hotel is excellent and across the highway from SMU. It’s recently been updated to a modern look with clean renovated bathrooms.
The hotel parking is limited and therefore only valet parking is available.
