the location and easy access to great foods
i’m writing this as i’m still here in the comfortable bed but oh my god it smells like pee in here. i cannot handle this. i rather jump off a cliff then to be here any longer but i already paid so ikm screwed

The front desk lady was nice.
The room they first put me in smelled like mold when I got in there. I also found 2 cockroaches that were still alive. They then moved me to a different room where I was next to bunch of college kids partying past 12AM. I tried to go to the front desk to get them to quiet those guys down and that didn't do anything.

I was traveling with a child and was a little nervous about the location of the room as it was in the bottom floor. Looking out the window was a little scary. But it was into a courtyard which made it a little better.
There were some sort of scent cones? In the light fixture that put off a very strong scent that made me sick to my stomach. I have never had this before in any of my stays which was odd. It was okay as long as you did not turn on the ceiling light or stand near it.

Close to on ramps, good eateries around and decent rooms.
Next to the highway, expect some road noises at night. Showers were a bit weird to operate but worked fine.
The room's phone line might be connected to each other, as we had random phone calls at around 2am, 7am and late at night 11pm. It would be good if they can disable that feature.

The staff were friendly. Overall, it was not bad, but there were too many things that made my stay uncomfortable.
(1) The shower was designed for a short person,
(2) There were roaches in the room,
(3) The room smelled like a dog and mildew when we walked into the room,
(4) The phone did not work,
(5) We had to change our own sheets and go to the front desk to get fresh towels and linens.

IT WAS A NICE SIZE
IT WAS ROACH INFESTED NO PRIVACY THE CURTAINS WERE WHITE SHEAR SEE THROUGH THEY HAS A PERVERT WATCHING US THROUGH THE WINDOW FROM THE GROUND OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW I ASKED THE FRONT DESK TO THE HAVE PRIVACY CURTAINS SHE LAUGH AND SAID NO I ASLO TOLD HER ABOUT THE ROACH INFESTATION CAN SHE MOVE ME TO ANOTHER ROOM SHE LAUGHED AGAIN AND SAID SHE COULDN'T AT THIS POINT IM ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED THIS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I TOOK MY FAMILY HERE TO CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY THE ABSOLUTE WORST I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL EXPERIENCE TO ANYONE TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY I CALLED AND CONTACTED MANAGEMENT THRU THERE SITE AS WAS GIVEN A GENERATED RESPONSE BUT NO REAL SOLUTION OR COMPENSATION SO IT'S A NO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE HOTEL EXPERIENCE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
