I didn’t like that I got kicked in the shower because the door was broken and off track and that the mini fridge was not working properly and ruined my very expensive food.

The parking wasn’t included and the parking lot in front would get packed during the day due to the aquarium. I paid for parking for 2 days and almost didn’t get to park due to the amount of cars

Front desk workers were super sweet. Laundry facility was available. Ac worked extremely well. Breakfast was well prepared and stocked still at 9 am.
Had to park across the street because there was no valet. Got to my room and the shower door didnt shut all the way so by the time the 5 of us showered our floor was soaked. Hotel was supposed to have a view of the city but just ended up with a room staring at a brick wall. Staff during breakfast was rude, had let her know the pancake machine was empty and she blatenly ignored me & i had to wait 10 minutes to get my daughter her pancakes she wanted. Will say its very close to american airlines and that was the best thing since we were attending a event here.

Hotel employee checked us in and was genuinely happy. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and did not show any repair needs. This hotel will be a go to for us when we are in that area.

I stayed in this location while I was in town for a concert. The location was excellent, within walking distance from the American Airlines Center. The staff were lovely - I was able to check in as soon as I arrived around 10:30 AM, and even after check out, the staff held our bags behind the counter. The room was extremely spacious and clean. I am definitely planning on staying here again if I'm even back in town for another concert.
Overall the experience was excellent - however, when we arrived, there was no bodywash in the bathroom. We called to get it delivered, but had to call again before we were able to get what we had asked for.

The location was great. Eileen at the front desk was lovely and such a kind and welcoming spirit.
The breakfast was ok, could be better. Since these are suites, maybe add some items for wsshing glasses and eating utensils. Maybe add some mugs for coffee or tea.
Add some beauty items, i.e., lotion, shower cap.
These things make a difference.
