The hotel was fine for my purposes. I had a flight canceled and I thought I was going to have to take a flight out of Dallas Love Field so I booked this hotel since it was near that airport. It turned out that I was able to get on a rebooked flight with the same airline that left out of DFW so the advantages of being near Love Field really didn't come into play. I thought the hotel was clean and safe and for an overnight stay before an early flight it works out fine.

Very clean and cozy. Nice amenities like the free breakfast and a few vending machines.
Had an issue with an employee trying to check in. Using a company issued card should never be a problem.
Also the televisions don’t support outside devices.

check in and out was good, staff was good,
The property needs an upgrade its a little outdated and there are no added amenities. The price was ok, however, the location of the property was out of the main stream.

Very clean hotel! I would definitely stay here again. The beds were comfy, the AC was functional, the showers were clean, and check in and check out were easy.

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable, though a bit run down.
Room was a bit run down for my wife's taste. Breakfast was only 7-9am so, being that we arrived late from California, we weren't able to partake.
