check in and out was good, staff was good,
The property needs an upgrade its a little outdated and there are no added amenities. The price was ok, however, the location of the property was out of the main stream.

The personnel went above and beyond during my stay , specifically going as far as helping jump the family car AFTER we had checked-out. The breakfast was nice and there are vending machines in the front with things to purchase if need be.
The airport shuttle only goes to Lovefield, not DFW.

It was close to the airport. It had a shuttle to Love Field and our car was in a locked area. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Shuttle driver went above and beyond stopping for us to get food in a huge rain storm, staff was also exceptionally kind gave us breakfast muffins and fruit even though breakfast wasn’t officially open yet
the room could use a bit upgrade but was clean, otherwise I would have gave a 10 totally would stay again

The receptionists were all very friendly and my room was quite comfy. I loved the set up of the lounge area. Very inviting.
1. The breakfast was missing meat. Hopefully it was just for that one morning that I went.
2. The bed was directly in front of the AC Unit.
3. Parking lot was a wreck, too many pot holes and bumps.

Breakfast could be a lot better wasn’t much to choose from and the gravy was super watery
