Everything is good,just the valet parking is like $60 per night and it’s a little tricky because the comercial street is really busy. Other then that we love the breakfast and room and of curse the view to the city ?

Great breakfast and huge hotel. The room was really big and comfortable. Ubication was perfect
They charged us the stay twice. The first through booking and the second when we were paying the deposit. They told us that this should be solutioned within a few days, but more than 15 days later we are still waiting for the refund

I really liked the hosting and it met all expectations
Two things it’s no good. 1st the blackout curtains do not completely seal the window and in the morning a lot of sun enters through the cracks and the second thing is that the shower water is weak.

Poor maintenance on the rooms, no kettle to boil water poor tea options
Valet parking was very expensive @A$100
When we booked, we requested adjoining rooms as we has a grand daughter to look after.
So, although we had that confirmed at the time of booking, we arrived to find we were located on different floors
Upon arrival around 8.30pm, we were advise that our requirements could not be accommodated
The staff, to their credit, fixed the issue the next day
