Property is cute and quaint with a feeling of home or a small neighborhood/village. Quiet and peaceful. Staff was friendly. Location was great with lots of places to eat within walking distance. But the options expand if you want to get a ride.
Staff was friendly - although I did have to ask for a plunger a few times before receiving. For a family staying in a suite with one bathroom, this was a little hiccup. I also asked a house keeper for a new comforter for the sofa bed and never received it. This may have been because none of them seemed to speak very much English. I encountered 4 of them and they all looked at me pretty perplexed. The staff never cleaned, remade our beds, or provided fresh linen during our whole stay - and yes, we didn't use the card on the outside of the door. Pool was often closed when it should have been opened, and we constantly had to remove the leaves, bugs, trash ourself.

When we took a shower the water didn’t drain, so the dirty water was filling up to our ankles by the end of our shower.
