Very Poor
There is no management here available when an issue happens. I was awoken during my stay by housekeeping, even though I have a sign on my door. I was also told that breakfast was included in my stay and then when I went to go get it told I had to pay. I went to the front desk to address my concerns. The young lady working could care less she called me and I quote a dumb ass bitch. I can’t believe Holiday Inn treats their customers this way I did not realize this was not Corporate it’s a franchise. I do not want to pay for my room. I want to be compensated for all of it. It disgust me that the young lady in the front thinks it’s OK to speaks this way. The lady in the front would not tell me her name and she had her hair hiding it but the housekeeping supervisor Irma was witness to her calling me a dumb ass bitch. I was given a card for management for a Curt Cleaver the phone number giving give calls directly to the lady who called me a dumb ass bitch. Today is October 29, 2025.

I booked a room with a tub but upon arrival it only had a shower. Tried calling the front desk and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Went to the front and waited another 25 minutes. Was told they didn’t have any available. While waiting I was going to get a soda but changed my mind when it cost $4. I was still charged even though I didn’t get it.

My son and I stayed two nights, after flying in for a football game. I had reserved and paid in full for a room with a double bed, more than three months in advance. The room was nice, the beds were comfy, the shower was great and the water stayed hot. The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers, cleaning staff, and majority of front desk staff were amazing!....... But there's always that one person!
I booked my room three months prior through Booking.com. I reserved and paid in full for a room with two double beds. First off, we called from the airport, as I was advised prior to do, when we were ready for the hotel shuttle to pick us up. The lady at the front desk forgot to tell the shuttle driver. After my second call, in total, we ended being abandoned at the airport in the Texas heat in September for 50 minutes. Finally we make it to the hotel to discover, we have a room with a king size bed, not two doubles. When I refuse the room, I am told I can get refunded for my second night, but not my first night, because I allowed them to check me in. I had no idea the room was wrong until we got to the room. I was there for a football game, with my 26 year old adult son. We're not sharing a bed! I stand there at the front desk and inform the lady (same one responsible for us being stranded at airport) that we flew in, do not have a vehicle to drive around and find another hotel, so they need to make it right. I am told they have zero rooms empty in the whole hotel. Saving you the whole 15 minutes of bs we had to deal with, the night time shift supervisor, sent the lady we were dealing with, to check on a room for us, and funny thing, it was a nice, clean, room with two double beds. The lady we dealt with fixed the key card up to the new room and sent us on our way by throwing the key card across the desk at me. For the remainder of the day, anytime we were downstairs, she wouldn't speak to us. Sadly, I didn't get her name, but it really doesn't matter. There was someone higher up the chain there than her, and if she didn't end up reprimanded for her behavior with us, then it's a sad deal, because she was so very unprofessional and childish. She is the face of the hotel when she works that front desk.

Was expecting a standard room, since that was what I booked months in advance and that was what was shown online in the photos of the hotel. To our surprise, the room had been upgraded to one with a kitchenette! It was very clean and we had a great time during our stay there. Comfortable seating available in the lobby while you wait to check in or need to purchase items at the front desk. There's also basic toiletries in the bathroom. Would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend.
Check in process took a little long when we arrived. Not much else to comment on.

Offered a shuttle. Was told multiple times a different area to go to to get on the shift. Told multiple times they were almost there. After 1 hour standing in the heat we took a Lyft.

The room had a musty smell to it. I put in for a 3 o’clock wake up call and did not get it almost missed my flight person behind the desk or way too much perfume way too much perfume and they also gave me the handicap room which I don’t need.
