From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out everybody was so nice so welcoming it was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Everybody was sweet and understanding and very helpful and every time we stepped in the elevator, it smelled clean.

I isn’t really have anything I really liked bout the hotel the only thing that really looked good and put together was the outside of the building!
I did not like the fact that i did not have any hot water the whole trip, when i first walked into my room there was urine all over the toilet and inside the toilet not flushed, the bathroom was horrible and unclean!! The bed was made and sheets were white with no stains or anything just had a lot of hair in the bed which tells me they didn’t clean that room at all and I lost definitely did not get my moneys worth out of this hotel!! I paid a $100 deposit for a shitty room and also three cars were broken into with the time spans of me being there only the first night and the elevators moved slower than molasses

The property maintenance is heavily deferred and problematic. We had huge problems getting hot water for showers. The wall coverings, floor coverings, and even doors are compromised. Doors do not have all locks working. Place is literally falling apart. They had limit linen. The AC barely worked and never shut off. This should not have any brand name attached because it is a very poor place. When matters were raised to the manager, he just said it just has to be accepted. It is not safe to be there. Even had a security guard in the lobby.
Everything!!! It’s a terrible place run by poor people.

We got our room and the ac wasn't working and as soon as we notified them they changed us to a different room.
All night it sounded like the fast and the furious from the freeway it was so loud trying to sleep

The price was a good--- Dallas seems to be quite pricey--- and the sheets were clean, the staff was efficient and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special but nice to have before a long drive.
You get what you pay for, the room was generally clean but the rooms were clearly old/not well maintained and need a pretty serious refresh, to be honest. It's works if you're looking for an affordable place to crash for a night, but keep your expectations realistic.

The room had only two sets of towels while I paid for four.
AC heater was not working in the room. Instead it was constantly freezing.
Was not able to take a shower next morning as the hot water was barely warm.
