I liked the location and how clean it smelled throughout the hotel.
They taxed on so many charges for me brining my dogs when that wasn’t included when I booked. It’s as if this is a high end fancy hotel and it really isn’t

Very nice facility overall with a very pleasant scent as you enter. High ceiling lobby gives a very positive welcome. The only issues I had was the room can use some carpet upgrade as they’re old and smelly. The other is staffing. It seems like hotel has problems hiring or cutting costs. Checking in line was very slow, rooms weren’t ready as promised, coffee snack bar was very slow (only one person working). I would go back, but hope they improve 8n those two areas.

Better coordination and clearer communication during situations like this would greatly improve the guest experience. The hotel itself was old and short staffed . had a musty smell and not clean, but the handling of this incident left a negative impression.VERY DISAPPOINTING
