amenities in the room. Bed was comfortable. View was great.
The housekeeping was not good. It was clear that the room was not being cleaned and serviced well and on one particular day the housekeeping was not done at all. After a long day out we came back to find the room as we had left it in the morning. Water, Towels and supplies not being replenished was quite distressing and on several occasions we had to call the reception to ask for water, towels and shower gel. The housekeeping staff claimed not to understand English making it difficult for us to enquire from her why she had not made up our room. Even after reporting this the room was still not cleaned well on subsequent days. Very disappointing.

The property was beautiful and the meal I had at Texas spice was phenomenal.
I paid through booking and then the hotel charged me again for the price of the stay. It took a week for that charge to fall off which was very inconvenient for me. They have to do a better job of keeping track of third party payments.

I stayed at the Omni Dallas Hotel from June 7–8 to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We had originally booked a basic economy room, but Theo the Bellman went above and beyond—he informed his guest ambassador, Tristan, that it was a special occasion. To our surprise and absolute joy, Tristan called us with the exciting news that we had been upgraded to an executive suite! That was truly the best news of my life.
The suite was stunning—extremely spacious with a huge lounge area, elegant glass walls, and breathtaking views of the Dallas CBD skyline and the pool. Everything about the space felt luxurious and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and clean. The customer service was top-notch from the moment we walked in. Omni Dallas made our celebration unforgettable! All the staff is amazing!!! I can’t give them enough stars honestly!!
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. My entire experience exceeded expectations.

Outstanding hotel with beautiful decor and comfortable, cozy rooms. The sports bar was awesome, the pool was amazing, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly.
Just two small gripes: there were a few areas in the room that needed a vacuum when we arrived. Also, the TV in the bathroom was not working, so we asked if someone could have a look into it and they very kindly reset the breakers and fixed it right away – thank you!

It was clean, close to deep Ellum and not far from my home in Fort Worth
To expensive for a hotel that says it’s luxury but not there in luxury. The rooms are spacious and nice but outside the room hotel needs lots of work before called luxury. The lounge/ pool chairs are very uncomfortable. It hurt my neck and back.

It was nice. The lobby and all the amenities were great. I loved the roof top pool.
I felt like everything we needed to know we didn’t know. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Normally we have to ask for it not to be cleaned. We had to ask how to access the Wi-Fi. No one told us anything at check in. There were old bottles of water on side of our beds and we just threw them away and didn’t complain about it. But it seems like cleaning was an issue. The hotel is beautiful but some of these things are the reason I didn’t rate it as high as I would have.

There was a leak in my room. I called to get it fixed and they fixed it for the moment. Next day we woke up our floor was wet again. It wet some of my clothes. I was running late so I didn't report out I saw it when I was getting ready.

The location - it’s in the city but there is nothing around it - if you want to just go to the convenience store you have to walk past some dodgy areas with scary people!
